iRest Meditation
- Are you suffering with the effects of chronic pain?
- Do you wish your quality of sleep were better?
Integrative Restoration – iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation
Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a transformative practice derived from the ancient teachings of meditation that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing. iRest® teaches skills that you can use throughout your life, that assist you in experiencing a sense of mastery when encountering difficult situations and a sense of ease that pervades your everyday life. The purpose of iRest is to help you live a contented life free of conflict, anxiety, fear and dissatisfaction.
Integrating iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation into her practice in 2011 has been a natural progression in personal and professional development. Most clients come in for massage/bodywork initially for physical aches and pains. Interestingly, after a few sessions of bodywork, more awareness about beliefs, thoughts, emotions, pain & trauma are revealed. The physical body pain is often the messenger for greater and deeper levels of healing to emerge. The blend of iRest and Bodywork is a very nurturing process of deepening awareness of authentic well Being. Learn how to integrate iRest into your own personal meditation practice by attending my iRest workshops.

It was transformational for me and I am forever greatful for you and the experience you bring to your practice. I know that what benefits you in your iRest training will benefit all of humanity.” J
